Disclosed are: a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of dry eye disease, comprising hyaluronan and proteoglycan link protein 1 (HAPLN1) as an active ingredient; and a method for preventing or treating dry eye disease by using same. According to the present invention, dry eye disease can be effectively and stably prevented and treated, and reduced side effects are exhibited compared to conventional products. Sont divulgués : une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement d'une maladie de kératoconjonctivite sèche, comprenant de l'hyaluronane et une protéine de liaison protéoglycane 1 (HAPLN1) en tant que principe actif ; et un procédé de prévention ou de traitement d'une maladie de kératoconjonctivite sèche à l'aide de celle-ci. Selon la présente invention, une maladie de kératoconjonctivite sèche peut être empêchée et traitée de manière efficace et stable, et des effets secondaires réduits sont présentés par comparaison avec des produits classiques. 히알루론산과 프로테오글리칸 연결 단백질 1(hyaluronan and proteoglycan link protein 1; HAPLN1)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 안구건조증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 이를 이용한 안구건조증의 예방 또는 치료방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면 안구건조증을 효과적으로 또한 안정적으로 예방 및 치료할 수 있으며 종래의 제품에 비하여 감소된 부작용을 나타낸다.
