Summary:An electronic device, according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, comprises a processor, a battery, and a wireless power transmission unit, the wireless power transmission unit comprising: a power amplifier circuit including a switch circuit, a filter circuit, and a series resonant circuit; a power transmission circuit for transmitting power to the outside; a matching circuit for matching the impedance of the power amplifier circuit and the power transmission circuit; and a negative voltage detection circuit for detecting a negative voltage generated in the filter circuit, wherein the negative voltage detection circuit may comprise a voltage dividing circuit including a positive voltage power supply and a plurality of resistors, a voltage sensor, and a low-pass filter.
