The combined washer and dryer comprises: a cabinet having a laundry input opening; a tub having a front opening and a rear opening; a drum; and a hot air supply device, which is disposed above the tub and includes an evaporator, a condenser, a heater, a heat exchange duct, an inlet duct, a supply duct, and a blower fan. Air coming out from the rear opening of the tub flows into the inlet duct and is guided thereby, and the air guided by means of the inlet duct is accommodated in the heat exchange duct and passes through the heat exchange duct in the lateral direction of the tub. The air that has passed through the heat exchange duct is accommodated in the supply duct and is discharged toward the front of the tub thereby. The blower fan forms an air current allowing the air discharged from the supply duct to be supplied to the front opening.
