A washing machine with a drying function comprises: a cabinet; a tub disposed within the cabinet and provided with a front opening and a rear opening through which laundry is introduced therein or discharged therefrom; and a drum rotatably provided within the tub. A hot air supply device comprises: a heat exchanger; an inlet duct which is disposed at one side of the tub and guides air, introduced from the rear of the hot air supply device, toward the heat exchanger; a supply duct which is disposed at the other side of the tub and guides air having passed through the heat exchanger to be discharged to the front of the hot air supply device; and a fan which is disposed in front of the tub and generates an airflow so as to supply air, discharged from the supply duct, into the front opening of the tub.
