The present invention relates to: a cooking appliance interior material, which has excellent antifouling property, heat resistance and surface strength, is easy to clean, and has regenerability with respect to contamination; a cooking appliance comprising the cooking appliance interior material; and a method for removing stains therefrom. The cooking appliance interior material has, on a substrate, a coating layer containing a silicone backbone and a fluorine functional group.
