An aspect of the present invention provides a stretching apparatus for producing a separation membrane and a method for producing a separation membrane by using same, the stretching apparatus comprising a first stretching device and a second stretching device disposed in parallel to each other, wherein the first stretching device includes multiple first unit sections having different stretch ratios and the second stretching device includes multiple second unit sections having different stretch ratios, and wherein the overall stretch ratios from first and second stretching devices are the same as each other and at least one stretch ratio in the first unit sections and at least one stretch ratio in the second unit sections are different.
