Both the front bearing component (31) and the rear bearing component (32) are sliding bearings (3); each sliding bearing (3) comprises a bearing body (36) and multiple radial pads (33), the multiple radial pads (33) being fixedly mounted on the inner side of the bearing body (36) and being arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft (1); the inner side surface of each radial pad (33) is a radial bearing surface bearing a radial load of the rotating shaft (1), and the radial bearing surface is provided with a first wear-resistant insulating layer (331).
