Summary: | A micro-lens assembly (100), a photoelectric conversion device and manufacturing method, and an imaging system, relating the technical field of semiconductors. The micro-lens assembly (100) comprises a first micro-lens array (110) and a first light-transmitting member (120), the first light-transmitting member (120) is provided on the first micro-lens array (110), and the refractive index of the first light-transmitting member (120) is greater than the refractive index of an ambient medium. The first light-transmitting member (120) having a high refractive index is provided on the first micro-lens array (110) to change the wavelength of incident light, so that light having a shorter wavelength is imaged by means of the first micro-lens array (110) to form an object image having a smaller diameter, thereby increasing the resolution of the imaging system.
