The present invention provides a method of providing information about organ functions and a device using same, the method being implemented by a processor and comprising the steps of: receiving a time-series medical image which includes an organ area of a subject, and consists of a plurality of frames; determining motion vector fields for the organ area in the received medical image by using a prediction model configured to output the motion vector fields between adjacent frames by using the medical image as input; and providing information about the determined motion vector fields.
