Summary:The present application relates to a novel copepod luciferase mutant and an application thereof. Taking as reference the amino acid sequence of a wild-type Gaussian luciferase or the amino acid sequence of a luciferase that is at least 70% homologous to said Gaussian luciferase SEQ ID NO:3, the luciferase mutant has a mutation in at least one of the following sites compared to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID No:3: 10th, 12th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 35th, 44th, 45th, 59th, 62nd, 67th, 78th, 79th, 85th, 86th, 87th, 93rd, 107th, 114th, and 121st. La présente demande concerne un nouveau mutant de luciférase de copépode et une application de celui-ci. En prenant comme référence la séquence d'acides aminés d'une luciférase de Gaussia de type sauvage ou la séquence d'acides aminés d'une luciférase qui est au moins homologue à 70 % à ladite luciférase de Gaussia de SEQ ID NO : 3, le mutant de luciférase présente une mutation dans au moins l'un des sites suivants par rapport à la séquence d'acides aminé
