The present invention relates to a resin composition and a biodegradable resin molded product comprising same. The resin composition of the present invention uses biodegradable polyester, and thus can provide resin products, such as hot-sealing films and hot-sealing bags, which can realize high sealing strength even at a low temperature during hot-sealing, while having excellent biodegradability.
