An estimation device (10) has: an activity score calculation unit (11) that calculates an activity score representing the degree to which the excitement of a conversation affects the satisfaction of each participant on the basis of on linguistic features of speech in a transcript of a conversation involving a plurality of people; an enthusiasm score calculation unit (12) that divides the transcript of the conversation along a time axis and calculates an enthusiasm score representing the degree to which the enthusiasm of utterance in the conversation by the participants affects the satisfaction of each participant on the basis of a speech count and spoken word count of each participant in each section; an influence score calculation unit (14) that divides the transcript of the conversation and calculates an influence score representing the degree to which the influence of speech in each divided period by an initial speaker and repeated speakers on the process and result of consensus formation affects the satisfaction of each participant; and a conversation assessment estimation unit (15) that estimates a conversation assessment score representing an assessment of the conversation by each participant on the basis of the activity score, the enthusiasm score, and the influence score.
