The present invention relates to quantum dot particles comprising mixed organic/inorganic ligands on the surface of quantum dots, and provides quantum dot particles in which the mixed organic/inorganic ligands have an organometal and a metal halide compound formed on the surface of quantum dots. More specifically, the present invention relates to quantum dot particles comprising, as the organic/inorganic ligands, mixed organic/inorganic ligands in which a zinc sulfinate compound ligand and a metal halide are formed on the surface of quantum dots.
