To provide a hot melt adhesive having excellent coatability and adhesiveness to a member of a disposable product, excellent storage stability, and both having high natural resin use ratio and low odor; and a disposable product obtained by using the hot melt adhesive. A hot melt adhesive comprising (A) a thermoplastic block copolymer which is a copolymer of vinyl-type aromatic hydrocarbons and conjugated diene compounds, (B) a tackifying resin and (C) a wax, wherein the tackifying resin (B) comprises (B1) a natural resin having an acid value of 20 mg KOH/g or less. L'invention concerne un adhésif thermofusible présentant une excellente aptitude à revêtir un élément d'un produit jetable et une excellente adhésivité à un tel élément, une excellente stabilité au stockage, en présentant simultanément un taux élevé d'utilisation de résines naturelles et une faible odeur ; et un produit jetable obtenu par utilisation de l'adhésif thermofusible. Un adhésif thermofusible comprend (A) un copolymère à blocs thermoplastiques qui est un copolymère d'hydrocarbures aromatiques de type vinylique et de composés diènes conjugués, (B) une résine tackifiante et (C) une cire, la résine tackifiante (B) comprenant (B1) une résine naturelle ayant un indice d'acide de 20 mg KOH/g ou moins.
