Summary: | Described is a method of manufacturing a catalyst membrane, the method comprising the steps of providing a membrane; generating an aerosol of catalyst nanoparticles by spark ablation; and directing the aerosol of catalyst nanoparticles towards a first side of the membrane such that the catalyst nanoparticles are deposited onto the membrane thereby forming the catalyst membrane. Also described is a catalyst membrane comprising a membrane and catalyst nanoparticles attached directly to the membrane in a binder-free manner.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une membrane catalytique, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à fournir une membrane ; générer un aérosol de nanoparticules catalytiques par ablation par étincelle ; et diriger l'aérosol de nanoparticules catalytiques vers un premier côté de la membrane de telle sorte que les nanoparticules catalytique sont déposées sur la membrane, formant ainsi la membrane catalytique.
