La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I) utilisés en tant que modulateurs HTT pour le traitement de la maladie de Huntington. Un exemple de composé est par exemple, l'exemple 1 : (R)-5-(3- (cyclopropylamino)pyrrolidin-l-yl)-N-(2-méthyl-6-(oxazol-5-ylméthoxy) -2H-indazol-5-yl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide.
