The present invention relates to a rotary microbial contact device comprising: a media structure including a rotating shaft, a frame protruding radially from the rotating shaft and having a slide space therein, and a plate-shaped media detachably coupled to the frame; a reaction tank in which the media structure is immersed; a cover for opening and closing the upper part of the reaction vessel; and a washing means for washing the media structure.
