Summary:An electroluminescence inspection apparatus is disclosed. The electroluminescence inspection apparatus may comprise: a first substrate; a plurality of electrode members arranged on a first surface of the first substrate and having elasticity; a driving circuit disposed on a second surface of the first substrate located opposite to the first surface of the first substrate and applying a current to a plurality of light emitting diodes arranged on a second substrate through the plurality of electrode members; and a plurality of connection wires electrically connecting the plurality of electrode members and the driving circuit. Un appareil d'inspection à électroluminescence est divulgué.
