Summary:The present invention relates to a method capable of producing a placenta hydrolysate, the method comprising the steps of: degreasing and drying an animal placenta lysate to obtain animal placenta lysate powder; treating the degreased animal placenta lysate powder with an acidic protease solution to cause enzymatic degradation; and bringing the degraded product into contact with an anion exchange resin to cause ion exchange, wherein the placenta hydrolysate comprises large amounts of amino acids and oligopeptides that are capable of exhibiting pharmacological activity. La présente invention concerne un procédé en mesure de produire un hydrolysat de placenta, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : dégraisser et sécher un lysat de placenta animal pour obtenir une poudre de lysat de placenta animal ; traiter la poudre de lysat de placenta animal dégraissé par une solution acide de protéase pour provoquer une dégradation enzymatique ; et mettre en contact le produit dégradé avec une résine échangeuse d'anions pour provoquer un échange d'ions, l'hydrolysat de placenta comprenant de grandes quantités d'acides aminés et d'oligopeptides qui peuvent présenter une activité pharmacologique. 본 발명은 동물 태반 파쇄물을 탈지하고 건조시켜, 동물 태반 파쇄물 분말을 얻는 단계; 상기 동물 태반 파쇄물 탈지 분말에 단백질 분해효소 산 용액을 처리하여 효소 분해하는 단계; 및 상기 분해물을 음이온 교환 수지와 접촉시켜 이온 교환하는 단계;를 포함함으로써, 약리 활성을 나타낼 수 있는 아미노산, 올리고펩티드를 다량으로 포함하는 태반 가수분해물을 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
