Summary:The present invention relates to a disease onset information-generating technique based on time-dependent correlation using polygenic risk scores, wherein a size of the correlation at each point in time between the independent and dependent variables to be input into a COX model is calculated and selected as a time series characteristic variable; at least one time-series characteristic variable is applied; COX regression analysis is performed for each group on the checkup result data for the disease-related factors of a large number of applied persons to generate the risk of disease onset for each group; the change in risk is calculated using a difference in risk of disease onset for each group to generate disease onset prediction information, whereby the present invention aims to provide relatively more accurate disease onset information reflecting the passage of time. La présente invention concerne une technique de génération d'informations d'apparition de maladie basée sur une corrélation temporelle à l'aide de scores de risques polygéniques, un niveau de la corrélation à chaque point temporel entre les variables indépendantes et dépendantes devant être entrées dans un modèle de COX étant calculé et sélectionné en tant que variable de caractéristique de série chronologique ; au moins une variable de caractéristique de série chronologique étant appliquée ; une analyse de régression de COX étant effectuée pour chaque groupe sur les données de résultat d'examen pour les facteurs liés à une maladie d'un grand nombre de personnes concernées en vue de générer le risque d'apparition de maladie pour chaque groupe ; la variation de risque étant calculée à l'aide d'une différence de risque d'apparition de maladie pour chaque groupe en vue de générer des informations de prédiction d'apparition de maladie, la présente invention visant à fournir des informations d'apparition de maladie relativement plus précises reflétant le passage du temps. 본 발명은 다유전자 위험점수를 이용한 시간 의존 연관성 기반의 질환 발병 정보 생성기술에 대한 것으로, COX 모델에 입력될 독립변수와 종속 변수 간의 시점 별 연관성 크기를 산출하여 시계열 특성 변수로 선정하고, 적어도 하나의 시계열 특성 변수를 적용하며 적용된 다수의 인원의 질환 연관성 요인에 대한 검진 결과 데이터를 대상으로 각 그룹별로 COX 회귀 분석을 수행하여 각 그룹 별 질병 발생 위험도를 차이값을 이용하여 위험도 변화량을 산출하여 발병 예상 정보를 생성함으로써 시간의 흐름을 반영하여 상대적으로 더욱 정확한 질환 발병 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
