This adhesive patch with cover material comprises an adhesive patch part which has a support body and a medicinal layer that is formed on the support body, and a cover part which has a cover layer and a cover adhesive layer that is formed on the cover layer, wherein the cover adhesive layer is joined to the support body so as to cover the adhesive patch part. The cover layer is made from a nonwoven fabric, and has a coefficient of extension of 50-300% in the flow direction and the width direction. The cover adhesive layer is formed using a rubber adhesive that has a rubber adhesive base as a main adhesive base thereof, and has a loss tangent (tan δ) of 0.7-0.95 at 30ºC and 0.1Hz. La présente invention concerne un timbre adhésif avec un matériau de recouvrement qui comprend une partie de timbre adhésif qui présente un corps de support et une couche médicinale qui est formée sur le corps de support, ainsi qu'une partie de recouvrement qui présente une couche de recouvrement et une couche adhésive de recouvrement qui est formée sur la couche de recouvrement, la couche adhésive de recouvrement étant jointe au corps de support, de manière à recouvrir la partie de timbre adhésif. La couche de recouvrement est constituée d'un tissu non tissé et présente un coefficient d'extension de 50 % à 300 % dans la direction d'écoulement et la direction de la largeur. La couche adhésive de recouvrement est formée à l'aide d'un adhésif en caoutchouc qui présente une base adhésive en caoutchouc en tant que base adhésive principale de celle-ci et présente une tangente de perte (tan δ) de 0,7 à 0,95 à 30 °C et 0,1 Hz. カバー材付き貼付剤は、支持体と、支持体上に形成された薬物層とを有する貼付剤部と、カバー層と、カバー層上に形成されたカバー粘着層とを有するカバー部とを備え、貼付剤部を覆うようにカバー粘着層が支持体に接合されている。カバー層は、不織布からなり、かつ流れ方向および幅方向における伸び率が５０～３００％である。カバー粘着層は、ゴム系粘着基剤を主な粘着基剤とするゴム系粘着剤を用いて構成され、かつ３２℃、０．１Ｈｚにおける損失正接（ｔａｎδ）が０．７～０．９５である。
