Provided is an electric or electronic device having excellent heat resistance and moisture resistance.　The present electric or electronic device has a configuration in which a first electrode layer, a conductive material layer, and a second electrode layer are layered in this order. The conductive material layer includes a conductive material having a configuration in which a conjugated polymer compound is doped with an anion selected from among nitrogen anions, boron anions, phosphorus anions, and antimony anions.　The anion is preferably an anion represented by formula (a-1) or (a-2).
