The synthesis of these lipidized peptides is described, as well as their pharmacological effects in vitro and in vivo. L'invention concerne des analogues du peptide de transcription régulé par la cocaïne et l'amphétamine (CARTp) qui sont des composés anorexigènes qui diminuent la prise alimentaire et améliorent les paramètres métaboliques liés à l'obésité, et améliorent la neurodégénérescence dans le cerveau lors d'une administration périphérique. La synthèse de ces peptides lipidisés est décrite, ainsi que leurs effets pharmacologiques in vitro et in vivo.
