A work item suggestion and compensation method, performed by a work item suggestion system connected to a first user terminal and a second user terminal via a network, comprises: a first step in which the work item suggestion system provides the first user terminal with one or more suggested work items related to work performed to respond to compliance or regulations set by law in a company, institution, or organization; a second step in which the work item suggestion system receives, from the first user terminal, information on a suggested work item selected from among the suggested work items; a third step in which the work item suggestion system receives, from the first user terminal, an arbitrary work item created by a user of the first user terminal; a fourth step in which the work item suggestion system adds the arbitrary work item to a selected work item according to a predetermined rule; and a fifth step in which the work item suggestion system provides the second user terminal with the selected work item.
