The blower (100) is a double suction-type centrifugal blower that includes an impeller (200) and a scroll casing (110) having a suction port and a discharge port (112) formed therein and having the impeller (200) arranged therein. A plurality of the discharge ports (112) are formed, and the plurality of discharge ports (112) are arranged on a discharge port arrangement surface of the housing (1). The total width of the plurality of discharge ports (112) in a direction parallel to the discharge port arrangement surface and horizontal with the housing (1) installed is greater than the width of the blower chamber (3) in the same direction.
