Summary:An implantable device for sealing an aperture in a tissue of a body vessel, includes: an external fixation disposed on the outside of a vessel wall; a scaffold disposed on the inside of the vessel wall and interfacing with the external fixation, at least a portion of the scaffold disposed through an aperture in the vessel wall; and a patch disposed on the inside of the vessel wall and sandwiched between the external fixation and the scaffold, the patch substantially covering the full area of the aperture, thereby sealing the aperture. L'invention concerne un dispositif implantable pour sceller une ouverture dans un tissu d'un vaisseau corporel, comprenant : une fixation externe disposée sur l'extérieur d'une paroi de vaisseau ; un échafaudage disposé sur l'intérieur de la paroi de vaisseau et formant une interface avec la fixation externe, au moins une partie de l'échafaudage étant disposée à travers une ouverture dans la paroi de vaisseau ; et un patch disposé sur l'intérieur de la paroi du vaisseau et pris en sandwich entre la fixation externe et l'échafaudage, le patch recouvrant sensiblement la totalité de la zone de l'ouverture, scellant ainsi l'ouverture.
