A resin composition comprising magnetism powders (A) and a thermosetting resin (B), wherein the amount of the magnetism powders (A) is 65 vol.% or more with respect to 100 vol.% of nonvolatile components, and the magnetism powders (A) include 10-50 vol.% of a magnetism powder (A-1) having a particle size of less than 1 μm.
