The present invention relates to a composition including components (1) and (2). (1) A peptide compound that is at least one selected from the group consisting of (i), (ii), and (iii): (i) a peptide compound containing one or a plurality of N-substituted amino acid residues; (ii) a peptide compound having a ClogP of 4-25; and (iii) a peptide compound having a solubility of 10 mg/mL or less in a 50 mM phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.5) at 37°C and 1 atm.　(2) A surfactant that is at least one selected from the group consisting of (iv) and (v): (iv) a surfactant having a straight-chain alkylene structure, the alkylene structure having 5-13 carbon atoms; and (v) a surfactant having a carnitine residue.
