A control unit drives a caliper mechanism by means of a transmission mechanism; a processor module, a communication module and a driving module are provided in the control unit; the processor module exchanges a communication signal with a vehicle by means of the communication module; and the processor module sends an execution instruction to the transmission mechanism by means of the driving module. Further disclosed in the present invention is an anti-theft control method of a brake. By using the technical solution, an actuator can not only realize basic parking braking and driving auxiliary braking functions, but can also greatly improve the anti-theft performance of a vehicle by means of cooperation with other anti-theft mechanisms and anti-theft measures; and the actuator has the advantages of a high safety and a high integration level, and costs are reduced.
