Disclosed herein are tire components comprising a rubber composition including guayule natural rubber and optionally at least one conjugated diene monomer-based rubber; about 30 to about 150 phr of reinforcing filler selected from carbon black and silica; and a cure package including a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent, at least one vulcanization accelerator, a vulcanization activator, and a eutectic composition or a residue thereof. Also disclosed are related methods for providing or preparing the tire component and/or the rubber composition thereof. L'invention concerne des composants de pneu comprenant une composition de caoutchouc comprenant du caoutchouc naturel de guayule et facultativement au moins un caoutchouc à base de monomère de diène conjugué; environ 30 à environ 150 phr d'une charge de renforcement choisie parmi le noir de carbone et la silice; et un ensemble de durcissement comprenant un agent de vulcanisation à base de soufre, au moins un accélérateur de vulcanisation, un activateur de vulcanisation et une composition eutectique ou un résidu de celle-ci.
