A connector assembly includes: a first connector having a first outer body, the first outer body including visual indicia on an outer surface thereof, the first outer body including first locking features; and a second connector having a second outer body and a coupling sleeve that is slidable axially relative to the outer body, the second connector including second locking features. The first connector is configured for mating with the second connector. When the first and second connectors are mated, the coupling sleeve is movable between an unlocked position, in which the first and second locking features are not engaged and the first and second connectors can be unmated, and a locked position, in which the coupling sleeve causes engagement of the first and second locking features, thereby preventing unmating of the first and second connectors. In the unlocked position, the coupling sleeve does not overlie the visual indicia, such that the visual indicia is visible, and in the locked position, the coupling sleeve overlies the visual indicia, such that the visual indicia is obscured from view. La présente invention concerne un ensemble connecteur comprenant : un premier connecteur ayant un premier corps externe, la surface externe du premier corps externe étant pourvue d'un repère visuel, le premier corps externe comprenant des premiers éléments de verrouillage; et un second connecteur ayant un second corps externe et un manchon d'accouplement qui peut coulisser axialement par rapport au corps externe, le second connecteur comprenant des seconds éléments de verrouillage. Le premier connecteur est conçu pour s'accoupler avec le second connecteur. Lorsque les premier et second connecteurs sont accouplés, le manchon d'accouplement est mobile entre une position déverrouillée, dans laquelle les premiers et seconds éléments de verrouillage ne sont pas en prise et les premier et second connecteurs peuvent être séparés, et une position verrouillée, dans laquelle le manchon d'accouplement provoque la mise en prise des premiers et seconds éléments de verrouillage, empêchant ainsi la séparation des premier et second connecteurs. Dans la position déverrouillée, le manchon d'accouplement ne recouvre pas le repère visuel, de sorte que le repère visuel est visible, et dans la position verrouillée, le manchon d'accouplement recouvre le repère visuel, de sorte que le repère visuel est masqué.
