A secondary battery according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrode assembly which has an electrode lead attached thereto; a case in which the electrode assembly is accommodated; a sealing part which is formed to seal the electrode assembly in the case; and a lead film which covers at least a part of the outer surface of the electrode lead and is interposed between the electrode lead and the sealing part, wherein in the lead film, at least a partial area of the edge portion facing the electrode assembly has a non-flat shape.
