Summary: | The present invention relates to a bone tissue engineering composite scaffold, comprising a PCL scaffold, and a PCL-gelatin scaffold which is formed on the PCL scaffold by means of electrospinning. The PCL scaffold of the present invention is used to simulate a cancellous bone structure, the PCL-gelatin scaffold is used to simulate a subchondral bone structure, and the interface bonding strength between the PCL scaffold and the PCL-gelatin scaffold is significantly improved. The results of corresponding physical and chemical performance tests and mechanical analysis show that the composite scaffold of the present invention has a better performance. The results of in vivo and in vitro experiments show that the composite scaffold of the present invention is beneficial for the simultaneous repair of osteochondral defects, and has a potential clinical application value.
