Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dentalspule (26) mit einem ersten Element (30) und einem zweiten Element (32), wobei das erste Element (30) aus einem formsteifen Material besteht und eine Aussparung (31) umfasst, welche dazu geeignet ist, eine Mundregion und/oder eine Nasenregion eines Patienten (15) bei anwendungsgemäßer Positionierung der Dentalspule (26) an einer Kieferregion (43) des Patienten (15) aufzunehmen und wobei das zweite Elemente (32) ein flexibles Element aufweist, welches dazu ausgebildet ist, ein Nachformen der Kieferregion (43) des Patienten (15) mittels des flexiblen Elements zu ermöglichen, wobei das erste Element (30) und das zweite Element (32) eine Antenne aufweisen, welche dazu ausgebildet ist, hochfrequente Signale in einem Frequenz- und Leistungsbereich einer Magnetresonanzmessung zu empfangen. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Magnetresonanzvorrichtung (10) mit einer Dentalspule (26), wobei die Magnetresonanzvorrichtung (10) dazu ausgebildet ist, eine Bildgebung einer Kieferregion (43) eines Patienten (15) durchzuführen.
