A surgical device having an auxiliary tendon, according to one embodiment, may comprise: a first link including a first link body, a first main tendon hole formed through the first link body, and a first auxiliary tendon hole formed through the first link body and spaced apart from the first main tendon hole; a second link including a second link body rotatably connected to the first link body, a second main tendon hole formed through the second link body, and a second auxiliary tendon hole formed through the second link body and spaced apart from the second main tendon hole; and a third link body, and a third main tendon hole formed through the third link body.
