Device for the application of photodynamic therapy, characterized in that it comprises: a) a balloon made of a transparent elastic material with a closed front end and an open rear end, wherein the balloon is configured for being introduced into a cavity of the anogenital region of a patient; b) a transparent or translucent tubular body housed inside the elastic balloon, and such that an air chamber is defined between the elastic balloon and the tubular body; and c) a base body coupled to the elastic balloon and to the tubular body to keep them attached to one another. The device is also characterized in that the base body has a conduit for the passage of air into the chamber between the elastic balloon and the tubular body in order to cause the balloon to inflate. El dispositivo está caracterizado porque comprende: a) un balón de material elástico y transparente con un extremo frontal cerrado y un extremo posterior abierto, donde el balón está configurado para ser introducido en una cavidad de la región anogenital de un paciente; b) un cuerpo tubular y transparente o traslúcido alojado dentro del balón elástico, y de forma que se define una cámara de aire entre el balón elástico y el cuerpo tubular; y c) un cuerpo base acoplado al balón elástico y al cuerpo tubular para mantenerlos unidos. El dispositivo también está caracterizado porque el cuerpo base dispone de un conducto para el paso de aire a la cámara entre el balón elástico y el cuerpo tubular, para producir el inflado del balón. Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : a) un ballon de matière élastique et transparente avec une extrémité frontale fermée et un extrémité postérieure ouverte, le ballon étant conçu pour être introduit dans une cavité de la région anogénitale d'un patient; b) un corps tubulaire et transparent ou translucide logé dans le ballon élastique, et de forme définissant une chambre à air entre le ballon élastique et le corps tubulaire; et c) un corps de base accouplé au ballon élastique et au corps tubulaire pour les maintenir reliés. Le dispositif est également caractérisé en ce que le corps de base dispose d'un conduit pour le passage d'air dans la chambre à air entre le ballon élastique et le corps tubulaire, pour réaliser le gonflage du ballon.
