La présente invention concerne des Beta vulgaris améliorées tolérantes aux herbicides, en particulier des plants de betterave à sucre améliorées, avec une performance de rendement accrue, tout en conservant une tolérance aux herbicides optimale et agronomique, les sous-unités grandes et petites de l'enzyme acétolactate synthase de tolérance aux herbicides étant ajustées de manière optimale.
