La présente invention concerne un procédé adapté pour déduire un épitope candidat sur la base de la séquence d'acides aminés d'un antigène, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : générer une pluralité de sous-séquences d'acides aminés sur la base de la séquence d'acides aminés d'un antigène ; générer des valeurs caractéristiques pour la pluralité de sous-séquences d'acides aminés ; et déduire au moins un épitope candidat sur la base des valeurs caractéristiques pour la pluralité de sous-séquences d'acides aminés. 본 개시는 항원의 아미노산 서열에 기초하여 항원 결정기 후보를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하는 방법으로, 항원의 아미노산 서열에 기초하여 복수의 아미노산 하위-서열(sub-sequence)들을 생성하는 단계; 상기 복수의 아미노산 하위-서열들에 대한 특징값들을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 복수의 아미노산 하위-서열들에 대한 특징값들에 기초하여 적어도 하나의 항원 결정기 후보를 도출하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
