A clothes dryer, comprising a box body, a drum, an air duct base, a supporting portion, and a heat exchange assembly. The air duct base is provided with an air inlet, and the air duct base is in communication with the drum by means of the air inlet. The air duct base comprises a base and a cover plate. An outer side wall of the base has a closed structure. The air inlet is provided in the cover plate, and the cover plate covers the base and is sealingly connected to the base. An outer side wall of the cover plate has a closed structure. The supporting portion comprises a supporting portion body and a connection channel. One end of the connection channel is in communication with the drum, and the other end of the connection channel is in communication with the air inlet of the air duct base. The heat exchange assembly is arranged in the air duct base, and one end of the heat exchange assembly is positioned at the side of the air inlet close to the base.
