Summary: | The present application relates to the technical field of electronics. Provided are a power amplifier (PA) circuit, a radio frequency circuit and a communication device, which are used for reducing the temperature difference between different transistors in a power cell, thereby prolonging the service life of the entire PA circuit. The power amplifier comprises: a power cell, which has an input end, a bias end and an output end.
