Summary:A display device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of first assembly wirings on the substrate; a plurality of second assembly wirings on the substrate; a first insulating layer disposed on the substrate and having first holes on the respective upper surfaces of the plurality of second assembly wirings; and semiconductor light-emitting devices in the respective first holes. The embodiment enables increasing the assembly rate and preventing assembly defects. Un dispositif d'affichage comprend : un substrat ; une pluralité de premiers câblages d'assemblage sur le substrat ; une pluralité de seconds câblages d'assemblage sur le substrat ; une première couche isolante disposée sur le substrat et ayant des premiers trous sur les surfaces supérieures respectives de la pluralité de seconds câblages d'assemblage ; et des dispositifs électroluminescents à semi-conducteur dans les premiers trous respectifs. Le mode de réalisation permet d'augmenter le taux d'assemblage et d'empêcher des défauts d'assemblage. 디스플레이 장치는 기판과, 기판 상에 복수의 제1 조립 배선과, 기판 상에 복수의 제2 조립 배선과, 기판 상에 배치되고, 복수의 제2 조립 배선 각각의 상면 상에 제1 홀을 갖는 제1 절연층과, 제1 홀에 반도체 발광 소자를 포함한다. 실시예는 조립율을 향상시키고 조립 불량을 방지할 수 있다.
