Disclosed herein are pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of cancer. In particular, disclosed herein are methods and uses of the pharmaceutical compositions for treating, preventing and/or managing cancers of the brain and/or central nervous system. The pharmaceutical compositions may comprise: (i) 5-FU, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable analogue thereof; (ii) folinic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and (iii) a cyclodextrin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Des compositions pharmaceutiques pour le traitement du cancer sont divulguées. Des procédés et des utilisations des compositions pharmaceutiques pour le traitement, la prévention et/ou la gestion de cancers du cerveau et/ou du système nerveux central sont, en particulier, divulgués.
