La présente invention concerne un procédé et une composition pouvant être utilisés pour faciliter l'administration intracellulaire d'ADN à un sujet. Les procédés et compositions selon l'invention utilisent une nanoparticule pour l'administration intracellulaire d'ADN et un inhibiteur de détection d'ADN cytosolique.
