Provided are: a powder coating composition capable of forming coating films excellent in terms of corrosion resistance and flexural adhesiveness; a method for producing a coated article using the powder coating composition; and the coated article.　This powder coating composition comprises a fluoropolymer having a fluoroolefin-based unit and a reactive group which reacts with an epoxy group, a nonfluorinated polymer having a vinyl-alcohol-based unit, and an epoxidized compound.
