The present invention is a sensor device mounted to training equipment that deforms in response to an external force exerted by a user. A sensor unit outputs a detection signal indicating a deformation parameter having a value corresponding to the deformation of the training equipment. A storage device stores teacher data indicating a relationship between a reference deformation parameter and the time. A control device compares the deformation parameter indicated by the detection signal outputted by the sensor unit to the teacher data stored in the storage device.
