Summary:The present invention relates to an IP network-based broadcasting system, using a PoE switching hub, which is capable of image surveillance and speaker output state detection by applying a switching hub to an IP speaker. The IP network-based broadcasting system comprises: a broadcast terminal equipped with an integrated management program for managing an IP speaker, an IP camera and an emergency bell, and obtaining, storing and displaying state information of the IP speaker; a switching hub connecting the broadcast terminal and the IP speaker to an IP network; an IP speaker server for registering the IP speaker and storing registration information; a PoE switching hub having installed therein a large-capacity power source, distributing the installed power source to the IP speaker, transmitting broadcast data to the IP speaker, and receiving a surveillance image and state information, which are transmitted from the IP speaker, and transmitting same to the broadcast terminal; and the IP speaker receiving the supply of driving power, supplying an auxiliary power source if the PoE switching hub has insufficient power, and transmitting, to the PoE switching hub, speaker output state surveillance information which is detected surveillance image and output state of the speaker. La présente invention concerne un système de diffusion basé sur un réseau IP, à l'aide d'un concentrateur de commutation PoE, qui est apte à la surveillance par image et à la détection d'état de sortie de haut-parleur par application d'un concentrateur de commutation à un haut-parleur IP. Le système de diffusion basé sur un réseau IP comprend : un terminal de diffusion équipé d'un programme de gestion intégré pour gérer un haut-parleur IP, une caméra IP et une sonnerie d'urgence, et pour obtenir, stocker et afficher des informations d'état du haut-parleur IP ; un concentrateur de commutation connectant le terminal de diffusion et le haut-parleur IP à un réseau IP ; un serveur de haut-parleur IP pour enregistrer le haut-parleur IP et pour stocker des informations d'enregistrement ; un concentrateur de commutation PoE dans lequel est installée une source d'énergie de grande capacité, distribuant la source d'énergie installée au haut-parleur IP, transmettant des données de diffusion au haut-parleur IP, et recevant une image de surveillance et des informations d'état, qui sont transmises à partir du haut-parleur IP, et les transmettant au terminal de diffusion ; et le haut-parleur IP recevant l'alimentation de l'énergie d'attaque, fournissant une source d'énergie auxiliaire si le concentrateur de commutation PoE présente une énergie insuffisante, et transmettant, au concentrateur de commutation PoE, des informations de surveillance d'état de sortie de haut-parleur qui sont détectées par l'image de surveillance et l'état de sortie du haut-parleur. Par conséquent, le système de diffusion basé sur un réseau IP à l'aide du concentrateur de commutation PoE est réalisé. IP 스피커에 스위칭 허브를 적용하여 영상 감시 및 스피커의 출력 상태 감지가 가능하도록 한 PoE 스위칭 허브를 이용한 IP 네트워크 기반 방송시스템에 관한 것으로서, IP 스피커와 IP 카메라 및 비상벨 운영을 위한 통합 운영 프로그램을 내장하고, IP 스피커의 상태 정보를 획득하여 저장 및 표출해주는 방송 단말, 방송 단말과 IP 스피커를 IP 네트워크로 연결해주는 스위칭 허브, IP 스피커를 등록해주고 등록 정보를 저장하는 IP 스피커 서버, 대용량의 전원을 탑재하고, 탑재된 전원을 IP 스피커에 분배해주고, IP 스피커로 방송 데이터를 전송하며, IP 스피커에서 전송된 감시 영상 및 상태 정보를 수신하여 방송 단말 측으로 전송해주는 PoE 스위칭 허브 및 구동 전력을 공급받고 PoE 스위칭 허브의 전력 부족시 보조 전원을 공급해주며, 감시 영상과 스피커의 출력 상태를 감지한 스피커 출력상태 감시정보를 PoE 스위칭 허브에 전달하는 IP 스피커를 포함하여, PoE 스위칭 허브를 이용한 IP 네트워크 기반 방송시스템을 구현한다.
