The present invention relates to a TV stand doubling as a wall mount stand and a floor stand, comprising: a mounting frame having an embedding groove formed on the upper surface thereof and an insertion groove formed on both sides, and configured such that various members can be mounted thereon; pivoting arms that are embedded in one end and the other end of the embedding groove of the mounting frame, respectively, and pivot upward with respect to the center of the frame in accordance with VESA holes of a TV to be mounted; supports that are formed on both lower sides of the mounting frame, respectively, and protrude at an angle set in the lower front direction of the mounting frame to support the mounting frame to be spaced apart from the ground; connecting brackets that are respectively inserted into the insertion grooves formed on both sides of the mounting frame and connect the supports and the mounting frame to each other; and a storage case formed between the supports and having open front and rear sides to accommodate peripheral devices therein.
