This electrode unit provided in an electrode device for blocking or adjusting nerves in the body and provided so as to surround tubular tissue in the body comprises: an electrode layer in which a fastening part, an extension part, and an electrode part sequentially extend and which is configured such that the electrode unit having an electrode formed on one side thereof surrounds the tubular tissue; and a fixing layer laminated on the electrode layer with respect to a portion of the fastening part, the extension part, and the electrode part.
