La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un rotavirus réassorti, et fournit une plateforme de génétique inverse utilisant un ARN inhibiteur comme pression sélective pour le rotavirus réassorti. Grâce au procédé, la probabilité de réassortiment augmente considérablement, si bien qu'un rotavirus réassorti souhaité peut être préparé en peu de temps et à faible coût. 본 발명은 재배열 로타바이러스(reassortant rotavirus)를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 재배열 로타바이러스에 대한 선택압(selective pressure)으로서 억제성 RNA을 이용한 역유전학 플랫폼이 제공되며, 상기 방법을 통해 재배열 확률을 비약적으로 높여 짧은 시간과 저비용으로 원하는 재배열 로타바이러스를 제조할 수 있다.
