Abstract | Provided are: a method for efficiently producing a catechin conjugate by means of a semi-synthetic method; and a production intermediate of said catechin conjugate. The present invention provides a method for producing an allylated catechin protection derivative represented by formula (IV), said method including: allylating a hydroxyl group at the 3'- or 4'-position of a catechin compound represented by formula (I) to form an allylated catechin compound (II); subsequently benzylating a phenolic hydroxyl group to form a compound represented by formula (III); and subsequently subjecting the remaining hydroxyl groups to benzyloxycarbonylation.
L'invention fournit un procédé destiné à fabriquer de manière efficace un conjugué de catéchine selon un processus semi-syntétique, et fournit également un intermédiaire de fabrication associé. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dérivé protégé de catéchine allylée représenté par la formule (IV) selon lequel un composé catéchine allylée (II) est obtenu par allylation d'un groupe hydroxyle de troisième ou quatrième position d'un composé catéchine représenté par la formule (I), puis un composé représenté par la formule (III) est obtenu par benzylation d'un groupe hydroxyle phénolique, et enfin un groupe hydroxyle résiduel est soumis à une benzyloxycarbonylation.
